Instrumental (no vocals) rock medley of God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen and Carol of the Bells, first released by Savatage on the 1995 album Dead Winter Dead and then reissued on Trans-Siberian Orchestra's 1996 debut Christmas Eve and Other Stories, where it became a hit. Not a sing-along vocal track; best used as a set break or interlude.
Performance tips
- Instrumental: there is no vocal line, so use it as an intermission, intro or air-guitar moment rather than a karaoke turn.
- Hype the crowd on the big guitar-and-orchestra hits and the tempo changes.
- Pair it with a vocal Christmas rocker right after to keep the energy up.
